Melistorage Warranty Terms

At Melistorage, we are committed to delivering high-quality and durable Wire Mesh Partitions & Doors. We offer a one-year warranty from the date of shipment against defects in materials or craftsmanship, provided the product is used according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.

If you experience any issues related to materials or workmanship within this period, Melistorage will replace the affected parts at no additional cost. Warranty claims must be submitted within thirty (30) days after identifying the defect, and no later than one (1) year from the original shipment date.

For warranty coverage, the product must be installed, maintained, and used correctly as intended. Upon receiving a claim, Melistorage will assess the situation. Replacement materials will be provided following this review; however, shipping costs may apply.

Please note that Melistorage is not responsible for any additional expenses arising from a warranty claim, such as labor, downtime, transportation, or handling fees. The company also reserves the right to modify materials, designs, or specifications without prior notice to existing customers. These changes may include upgrades not applied to previously sold products.

This warranty is the exclusive remedy for all claims, regardless of their nature, including contract disputes, negligence, or strict liability. Under no circumstances will Melistorage be liable for the loss of use, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these restrictions may not apply to you.

All warranty claims will be governed by the Australian Consumer Law.
