At Melistorage, we rely on trusted courier services to deliver most of our products, ensuring each shipment includes tracking information. We deliver to residential, business, and rural areas across Australia—please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Deliveries take place on weekdays during regular business hours. Once your payment is verified, please allow 1-2 business days for order dispatch, although we strive to process orders even faster. Delivery times typically range from 2-10 business days, depending on your location.

If a package is returned due to incorrect delivery information or unsuccessful delivery attempts, a re-delivery fee equivalent to the original shipping cost will apply. To avoid this, ensure your delivery details are accurate during checkout. Once your order is placed, we cannot redirect parcels to a different address.

How much does delivery cost?

The total delivery fee is calculated during checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order.

Do you offer international delivery?

Currently, Melistorage only ships within Australia and does not offer international shipping.

When will I receive my order?

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

  • Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide: 4-8 business days

  • Perth: 6-10 business days

  • Other areas: 5-10 business days

How will my order be delivered?

We work with a selection of reliable courier partners to offer cost-effective delivery throughout Australia. Standard delivery includes one-person service to your ground-level door only. Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday during business hours, excluding public holidays. This service does not include carrying items upstairs, using lifts, placing items inside your home, or packaging removal.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes due to the size of our products. To prevent delays, please provide a complete and accurate street address during checkout.

Do I need to be present to receive my delivery?

If you cannot be available to receive your delivery, you may arrange an 'Authority to Leave' with the courier directly. However, please note that doing so voids your warranty, and Melistorage cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage after the delivery is made.

How can I track my order?

What if my order is lost, damaged, or faulty?

Your purchase is covered by our FREE transit insurance. While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, issues can occasionally occur.

If your order is lost in transit, contact us immediately at [email protected] for assistance.

If your package arrives damaged, please inspect it before signing. If the damage is minor, note it on the delivery consignment as "damaged packaging" before accepting it. For severe damage, take photos or a video, refuse delivery, and contact us promptly so we can arrange a replacement.

If you discover a product fault or missing parts after delivery, please document the issue with photos or video and notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Timely reporting ensures we can quickly resolve the problem. If an issue is reported after 7 days, we may first attempt to repair the item before offering a replacement, with return costs covered by the buyer.

We will not provide remedies for the following cases:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage due to improper assembly or misuse

  • Damage after delivery (e.g., scratches on surfaces)

  • External packaging damage only

  • Issues resulting from inadequate care

What if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped and collect the incorrect item at no additional cost to you.
